My Breathing Spaces!
My breathing spaces were inspired by what I like to call, “Daily Walks with the Divine”… It is in this space my spirit soars and my soul flies free! I take to this space when I need to refresh, renew, regenerate and regroup! It is in this space that I recognize my completeness and the fullness of who I am.
Whether I am walking through the park, strolling alongside the creek, gazing up at the stars, sitting in a garden, watching the sun rise or set or being mesmerized by the moon, it is in those breathing spaces, that I find solace, peace beyond words. My dreams become more vivid, my curiosity of things beautiful and the unknown fuels my imagination. I am inspired beyond the ordinary, whisked away into the extraordinary and reaching for my true calling, my divine purpose with every cell in my body and fiber in my being.
Those times those spaces are sacred and individually tailored just for me. I gain wisdom and insight beyond that which words can teach. I feel my spiritual connection with the larger part of who I truly am and who I was created to be in each moment I am living my purpose!
There are few things more amazing to me than a serene nature scene. I know I keep talking about “my favorite things” the name of my site should probably be “Patrice’s Favorite Things.” There is a favorite quote of my own, that I wrote one day while walking through the park (picture above). In this park flows Tinker’s Creek that flows along the trail. This one particular day as I was walking on the trail caught up in the symphony & rhythm flowing, these words came to mind:
“I rise and set with the sun, dance with the stars, glow like the moon and flow like the rivers”.
When I’m immersed in nature, I’m in my true element. I am inspired, my creativity is sparked and I am empowered in my own personal “breathing spaces”.
